And this seems to have been the time I had to do it all. Had to replace a Senior VP, two Senior Managers and a host of middle management who were not managing at all. I dislike it when, on a day I hold open court for any and all of my employees to come to me, an entire division comes and tells me that things are not going well.

Yes, I do like an attractive bottom line, but sacrificing the soft costs for the hard yen is not the way to do it. I have trust to rebuild now.
